Below are our return and exchange policies and explanations:

To ensure your rights and interests, we provide a comprehensive exchange service, but only for exchanges, not refunds. If you find that the product itself has problems (such as damage, expiration, etc.) or the received product does not match your order, you can contact our customer service for exchange processing. However, exchange requests must be made within three days after the goods are received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return and exchange process:

Please provide the receipt, electronic invoice, or order number for us to verify, along with the pickup time, contact information, and address.

2. Review the request: After receiving your exchange request, our customer service will contact you promptly to verify the problem and decide whether to accept your exchange request.

3. Exchange processing: If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the exchange as soon as we confirm the receipt of your returned product. During this process, we will be responsible for the shipping fee of the new product, while the shipping fee for the returned product will be borne by you.
